The application of some kinds of carbon black :
N220 is applicable to all kinds of rubber, the resistance is higher 10%-20%than N330 , it has high tensile strength and glue tear strength, and has certain conductivity. Mainly used for truck tyres, tire tread glue, and the rubber products which is need of high strength, high wear-resisting .
N330 is a kind of carbon which can give better strong stretching, resisting avulsion intensity, abrasion and elastic. Mainly used in tire surface, pulp, sidewall and all kinds of rubber industry products.
N550 is suitable for natural rubber and various kinds of synthetic rubber, plastic materials.It has small mouth, a smooth surface. The temperature properties and vulcanizates thermal performance is good, The reinforcing performance, flexibility and resilience is better. Mainly used in rubber tire sidewall, pulp, tire and pressure, melt calendering products.
